Given the dearth of major handbooks on photography, especially in the South Asian region, the publication attempts to fill in the gaps by encouraging regional viewpoints inspired by the global discourse on photography.
A compendium of best of the exhibitions at the three galleries – Visual Arts Gallery, Open Palm Court, Experimental Art Gallery – India Habitat Centre Outdoor Spaces, Jor Bagh and Mandi House Metro Stations, along with a series of workshops and cultural events.
In collaboration with Aravalli Utsav, is a first of its kind publication to enlighten the people about the significance of Aravalli range in their lives.
Shifts focus from the discrete value associated with the art object in a gallery, the work of art at a public space is a continual reappraisal of the relationship shared between the artist, and public.
